Mission : – Prepare and manage the monthly and annual budgets of the organization and its projects in a timely and accurate manner
– Ensure accurate and timely recording, monitoring and reporting of office operations
– Periodically review the status of implementation of budgets, interpret variances and suggest possible adjustments
– Establish and share dashboards based on organizational strategies and financial and accounting information
– Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and manage accounting, payroll and tax services providers
– Ensure that the financial commitments of the organization, its members and its financial partners are respected
– Organize and manage procurement and contracting procedures and processes
– Prepare, classify and monitor contract execution with suppliers / service providers
– Ensure the implementation of the staff performance evaluation system
– Ensure the timely preparation and verification of reports, statements and other documents required for audits
– Participate in fund-raising and preparation of offers and proposals for potential partners
– Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the staff recruitment and training plan
– Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative and financial procedures |
Qualification / Formation :– Graduate degree (MBA or equivalent)
– Fluency in English, French and Wolof
– Experience in financial planning and management
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Computer proficiency (spreadsheets, databases, presentations, word processing?)
– Knowledge of SME support initiatives
– Experience in a similar post |
