| Mission :Build a member-driven network of aspiring and existing promising SME entrepreneurs Manage the recruitment, integration and relationships with member entrepreneurs Identify and liaise with service providers and partners for the development and delivery of value adding services to members Develop, coordinate, manage, monitor and evaluate member support activities, events, programmes and services; Support activities and programs that encourage inter-member assistance and cooperation Drive member participation in all activities and events organized by the network Ensure effective administration and communication throughout the network Monitor and evaluate the relevancy, effectiveness and impact of services provided to members Manage the external communications on activities and results |
| Qualification / Formation :Graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) Fluency in French, English and Wolof Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Experience in SME / Business environment Good business acumen Knowledge of public sector SME support initiatives Network of business and public sector contacts Experience in a similar post will be considered an advantage |
